Welcome to Mio Canvas (“Mio Canvas,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mio Canvas website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Here’s what you really need to know:

• You’re responsible for your uploads: Please only upload images you own or have rights to. If you upload copyrighted or illegal material, that’s on you.
• We can refuse to print: If you upload offensive, vulgar, or otherwise inappropriate content, we (or our print partner) may refuse your order.
• AR previews are just approximations: The augmented reality tool helps visualize your canvas, but the final product may look different.
• No returns on custom prints: Since each canvas is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or refunds unless there’s a defect or shipping mistake.
• Refunds only for defects or errors: If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you if you let us know within 7 days.
• We use a third-party printer: Orders are fulfilled by a partner. We do our best, but we can’t guarantee their shipping times or production speeds.
• Wyoming law applies: Any disputes will be handled under Wyoming law.

1. Service Overview

Mio Canvas allows users to upload images, select a canvas size, preview the canvas in augmented reality (AR), and order a physical print. Orders are fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand partner.

2. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the images and content you upload (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce the content, and that it does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Mio Canvas LLC assumes no responsibility for reviewing or monitoring User Content but reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if, in our discretion or that of our third-party print partner, the User Content is deemed inappropriate, unlawful, or violates these Terms.

3. License to Use User Content

By uploading User Content, you grant Mio Canvas and its print partners a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

4. Augmented Reality Previews

AR previews provided by the Service are for visualization purposes only. They are approximations and may not accurately reflect the final product’s size, scale, or appearance.

5. Orders, Fulfillment, and Shipping

All orders are printed and fulfilled by a third-party provider. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Mio Canvas is not responsible for delays, errors, or defects caused by third-party services. Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled or modified unless expressly permitted.

6. Refunds and Returns

Because products are custom-printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with the AR preview. Refunds or replacements are only available in cases of: Production defects (e.g., misprints, damage during printing). Shipping errors (e.g., wrong product delivered, product damaged during transit). To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, providing order details and photographic evidence of the defect or error. If approved, we will either reprint and reship the item at no additional cost or issue a refund to the original payment method.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in United States dollars. Payments must be made at the time of order.

8. Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mio Canvas LLC, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your User Content, use of the Service, or violation of these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mio Canvas LLC disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, trademarks, and content on the Service (excluding User Content) are the property of Mio Canvas LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

Mio Canvas LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
